Excellent care and customer service. Being a woman, I wasn't talked down to or taken advantage of. Matthew listened to my concerns and explanations of my vehicle and explained to me what they would do to find and then fix the issue. 100% satisfied with all the service received at Central Automotive Service Center.

We were very happy the the auto service we received at Central Automotive Service. Matthew and staff was very professional and the work done to our Sequoia was done to satisfaction. Toyota charged me double of what Central Auto did just for a diagnosis - and it wasn’t what what Toyota told me it was. We highly recommend Central Automotive.

Even now with Matt as it was with Rob and Sue, going to Central is going to a trusted friend. Not only top work, but we all know each other by name.

Matt goes out of his way to make sure that Central Automotive's service is the same excellent quality that those of us who have been long-time customers have come to expect from them under the previous owners. I don't live close to the shop, but I wouldn't go anywhere else regardless of the distance.

Central Automotive has always done a great job of our auto maintenance, at a fair price. Their customer communication is exemplary, and they meet their scheduled completion times. I recommend them highly.

This shop has great service. They are honest and communicate along the way. We have been taking our cars here for several years. They are a little more expensive than other shops, but still better than any dealership. After all, you get what you pay for.
