As Always the service and friendly atmosphere at Central Automotive is second to NONE. We just want to give our condolences to all the staff and owners for the loss of their beloved Chuck who was always reassuring that they could help their customers with anything. Always helpful and positive and never belittling or taking advantage of those who don't know much about the mechanics of automobiles. Offer adivce on necessary fixes and those that can wait. I trust them with all our cars and always feel safe when I drive off.

As always, service was fast and polite, and I was glad you didn't need to fix the brakes after all but it's very reassuring that you check the car's tires and such when you have it. I would be happy to recommend you to folks, and have, but I find that car care doesn't come into conversations the way it did when I was younger...
