I am very satisfied with their prompt service and integrity of their professional diagnostic of my old Honda starting problem. They only fix what is needed when they detected problem, and no guess works were ever done. The owner Rob is great and his honesty and professional advice was what brought me back to his shop time after time. Another big plus is they provide a ride to the nearest BART station for you to get back home or work. This is another reason I like to go back to them for future services and provide recommendation to others they are in good hands at Central Automotive in Walnut Creek.

We called in with an unexpected repair issue and were accommodated without delay. The issue was diagnosed and since we were about to leave on a 1,200+ mile trip, the vehicle was thoroughly inspected for other issues. Issues were pointed out explained and addressed - in a clear and unbiased manner. One of the tires was found to have a slow leak (screw) and rather than have us make separate trip to Big O for a repair, Rob took the tire to Big O in Lafayette, had it repaired and back on the vehicle when we came to pick it up.Lastly (but very impressive), the vehicle had been cleaned - inside and out! Great service and very nice folks. This was not our first great experience with Central Automotive.

Central Auto just performed a major service on our 1995 Honda Accord. It was completed in a timely and efficient manner. The Honda has approx. 110,000 miles and runs well. I attribute this to the servicing performed at Central. I am one satisfied customer.

We didn't have an appointment but Chuck took the car in anyway, no questions asked. We needed a some work done (and quickly) after the car failed it's smog check. Work was done, and the car returned in time to pass the smog check and pay the registration. As always the service was excellent and the work performed on time. We've been taking our cars to Central Automotive for 5 years now and have never had a complaint or issue.
