Walnut Creek Auto Repair

I have been using Central Automotive for several years now. They live up to their billing. The work they do is always on time and on budget. My car is 15 years old, so a few surprises could be in store, but they do such a thorough diagnostic workup, I know exactly what I'm getting myself into.

Every time we take our daughter's car to Central Automotive for service, I am confident that all is being taken care of with an "eagle eye." Car needed tires, she received great ones for this coming winter. I do not have to worry about her travels, knowing her car has been inspected, tuned, oiled and ready to roll! Thanks Central Automotive for taking care of our family.

We dropped a vehicle off unannounced and Rob was very responsive. All options were explained, questions were answered and the repairs were made in a timely manner. On a previous vehicle, a part as installed by Central was defective and they took care of that replacement without any hassle. Great, trustworthy folks!

Chuck Bowe provided great information about a used car we were considering for our 16 year old. Based on Chuck's inspection and vehicle history we opted not to purchase the car. The $125.00 inspection saved us from purchasing a car that would have cost us a fortune to maintain.
