It takes trust in Central's mgmt to make the decision to spend what seems like a lot of money on my 2005 Mitzubishi at 62,000 miles, but I elected to go with the recommendations for repairs and service. So far so good.

I have been bringing my cars to Cental for years. They always do an excellent job in repair and service. The amount of time it takes is always equal to the job with completion in a professional and timely manner. EXCELLENT AS ALWAYS. I'M AN OLDER WOMAN THAT KNOWS ZIP ABOUT CARS. ALWAYS HAD TO DEPEND ON THE HONESTY, ETC., OF THE REPAIR SHOP. THERE HAVE CERTAINLY BEEN SOME UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCES. I'VE BEEN WITH CENTRAL AUTO FOR THE PAST 8 YEARS AND HAVE BUILT UP A TRUST. THEY DO THE WORK THAT IS NECESSARY AND EXPLAIN IN DETAIL, SO THAT EVEN I UNDERSTAND WHAT REPAIRS ARE BEING MADE. ARE THEY THE CHEAPEST? NO, BUT I BELIEVE YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR AND THAT'S GREAT SERVICE WITH A WONDERFUL STAFF!!

My husband and I have been bringing our cars here for over a decade. My hubby thinks that Rob and Chuck are the best guys ever. I say my hubby because I used to have such a tough time dealing with car repair shops in the past, that I make my hubby do all the talking and explaining. These guys are awesome to work with. They have worked on 6 of our cars and we trust them completely. If we ever moved again, we would still go out of our way to go to Central Automotive.

Very customer oriented. Try to be helpful

I had my car in for a general check-up this past week and once again I was so amazed and blessed by the great service I rec'd. I would recommend Central Automotive Service Center to my family and friends without a doubt. I always feel like my words matter and they always check out and reassure me that things will be taken care of and they are always. I am very thankful to have found this local shop and after having left Ohio my Dad and three brothers 32 yrs again I have finally found a place that takes care of me like the "boys" back home did. This is an excellent repair facility. The staff is very helpful and customer service oriented. They go out of their way to provide a top-notch repair at a reasonable price. I have had my vehicles serviced on several occasions and have never left the facility unhappy. I highly recommend this facility.
