I have had a problem that has gone without an answer from other auto mechanics, but Central Automotive was able to diagnose the problem, and give me some answers, finally! It was clearly explained to me what was going on and I was given a strategy for monitoring the issue (as it not something that needs to be fixed now nor would it be cheap). This is my second appointment with Central Automotive and I am happy with their service. They are friendly and helpful and thorough. And don't do work unnecessarily.
