Matt and Israel at Central Automotive Service Center took the best care of me and and my 2010 Frontier. Long story short: someone drilled into the gas tank of my truck to steal my gas and so I took my truck to Central Automotive to get it fixed. My insurance company was an absolute nightmare to deal with but Central Automotive took everything in stride and was incredible patient with me and the claims adjuster. There were some additional complications with the truck along the way but throughout the whole process Central Automotive Service Center was incredibly communicative, honest, and respectful. The truck is fixed and runs great now. Honestly, I've never been to a shop that so clearly communicated with me and treated me with the utmost respect as Central Automotive Service Center did. I highly recommend their shop and services. Thanks!

Good customer service

I live across the bridge, but it's still the only place I would ever consider taking my car. The employees are top-notch and I've never felt as if I ever got charged for something I didn't need to have done. Their work ethic is excellent and the communication prior to doing any work is an assurance that there will be no surprises at the end.

Someone drilled a hole into my trucks gas tank. They were able to get a tank and fix it in a week also with the total being a bit under their estimate.

Matt and the team here are the best - I could not recommend them more highly. They are honest, fair, on-time, and super communicative. They do automated texts, which makes it easy to keep up with the service, and Matt is great at explaining any issues + recommending solutions. As someone who doesn't know much about cars, it's great to have a place I can trust will do a great job at a fair price.
