Central Automotive is one of my favorite businesses to work with. I was on a recent road trip to L.A. when my air conditioner stopped working. Matt coordinated with me where I was heading and found a highly rated business that I could call for help. We made it over the grapevine and got help in Valencia by a professional and kind mechanic. I don't know of someone that would stick with you to help guide you to another business. I also realized after years of going to Central Automotive that I have high standards and rejected an auto shop in Lebec that did not meet those standards. Thanks to Matt and Israel and team for spoiling me with excellent service and raising the bar for anyone else.

ALWAYS great service. I always feel like I am getting fair and honest service. Matt and his team run a very clean and efficient shop. The diagnostic report provided is very detailed and in the follow-up conversation each item is explained. Matt is always honest about what is needed immediately and what can possibly wait. I trust Matt and his team completely with my vehicles.
Finding a trusted mechanic is hard to do. Matt and Israel are top notch, I've found my go to auto repair place for all my cars. Great service, communication, and feedback on things you "need to do" versus "don't need to do right now".
