5-Star service all day, every day

Had a sudden loss of power in my 25 year old diesel truck while rolling down the 680. Towed it to Central overnight and at first glance it seemed like a lost cause. But they were able to pull a rabbit out of their hat for me and I'm back on the road and rolling like a champ again in less than 24 hrs. Really great service and especially as an out-of-towner to be treated so well really speaks to the superior character of the folks at Central Automotive. I hope I never break down in the Bay area again but, if I do, I know for sure I'll be calling on Central Automotive to save the day. Thanks guys for excellent service excellent communication and for finishing the job below the estimated cost! Wish I could give 10 stars!

Very impressed with Central Automotive. I was dealing with a random diagnostics problem which can be so frustrating. They listened and spent time recreating the problem and found the issue, which was a seat belt problem. I highly recommend them!

I have been a customer of Central Automotive since 2009. I own a 2006 Dodge Caravan with 124,000 miles on it. It goes in for service every 6 months. They do a complete inspection of the car every visit. When work needs to be done, they explain in detail what the problem is and what it will take to fix it. I have never felt like they were overcharging me and they honor their warranty work. The owner and service technician I worked with are friendly, honest and I count on them to keep this old van running. I have had 15 years of excellent work and highly recommend them.
